Probably not. They were bought out by Digital Chocolate, so the series is left hanging, unfortunately.

I'm not sure that would affect much change. A lot of it comes down to whether or not the owners of the IP (intellectual property) feel the series is worth the effort to revive. Contrary to what they may think, you and I believe that it's a franchise worthy of the effort, but that won't be enough to get them to make a new one. Sorry.

Not only that, but Digital Chocolate is also no longer in business. Who owns the IP for Sandlot's games is something no one seems to know.

The IP for Sandlot is owned by Omni , a website clearinghouse and provider.Don't know the reason it came to them, but might guess.

Omni is a website IP and services provider and also gains/buys such properties for resale,though they may not have renewed their claim to the IP for SL
